To get your chest measurement, measure 1" below the armpits with arms down and tape tight all the way around the chest. If you get an even number (38,40, etc.) then add 2 to that number and that is the size you need. If you measured 40" then you would need 42". If you get an odd number then go to the next even number. For example, if you measured 45" then you would need the 46". We can fit sizes 32 to 62. Then compare your chest size to the chart above to find out what size you need.

Chaps are sized by your thigh measurement about 4" down from your crotch or the largest circumference of your thigh. If the tape dimples the skin, you’re holding it too tight.  Put a finger between you and the tape to ensure proper fit.  You can either send us the measurement or compare the measurement to the chart above for the size and give that to us instead. The length can be adjusted by trimming off any excess length. No hemming is required.
